Ron Martin (President and CEO)

 

Inspired by his wife Staci and their six children, Ron Martin founded RCM in 2004. His strong career history of senior management roles includes: leading Information Technology (IT) services, creating and executing companies’ technology-focused business strategies, and directing the delivery of ground-to-ground and air-to ground communications capabilities to the Federal Aviation Administration and the aviation industry.  

Mr. Martin is a member of key industry associations including Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and he works to promote the role of small businesses as they support the Federal Government in achieving its mission objectives.
