At RCM, we are dedicated to helping our employees grow in their professions. Our program managers collaborate with employees to set personalized goals and consistently discuss progress throughout the year. In addition to evaluating service delivery performance, we challenge our employees to meet corporate and career development goals, offering numerous opportunities for employees to get involved, broaden their skill-sets, and grow in their professions. Since we believe that continuous learning is key to growth, we reimburse up to 100 percent of eligible expenses for approved courses, and offer company-sponsored training as well as access to hundreds of virtual training courses. 


We care about the communities our employees live and work in and believe in giving back. Our employees organize and lead numerous community service activities throughout the year, including park cleanups, fundraising campaigns for local nonprofits, and charity drives such as Toys for Tots.
