RCM Part of Team Winning TSA’s IMPACT II Program in 2023

RCM Solutions is part of the Peraton Team that has been selected by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to operate, maintain, and improve TSA’s IT equipment, services, and processes. The IMPACT (Information Technology Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies) II contract is worth up to $342.7 million over five years. The team will deliver robust IT support services furthering TSA’s IT strategic mission goal to “protect the nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce” by providing the most effective security in the most efficient way. The Peraton Team will support the entire TSA community, including approximately 85,000 federal employees, contractors, and support personnel at various sites, as well as industry stakeholders accessing TSA systems at multiple locations across the United States and at select international locations.

RCM Solutions Continues its Support of TSA Secure Flight System

RCM Solutions continues its support of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Secure Flight system. RCM, first award a contract to support Secure Flight in 2004, is part of the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Team that has been awarded a 10-year, $199 million contract from TSA, to provide a wide range of IT services in support of TSA’s Secure Flight System. With this award, RCM’s continuous support to the mission critical secure flight program will span 30 years!

All Small Mentor Protégé Program Award

In July 2019, RCM Solutions, Inc. (RCM) and Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. (Insight) received approval to partner under the Small Business Administration (SBA)’s All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP). As a protégé, RCM will receive management and technical assistance as well as business development assistance from Insight. The partnership will be effective for three years, with a potential three-year option to 2025.

RCM Eligible to Bid on NOAA ProTech Oceans Task Orders with Trusted Partner

In January of 2019, RCM Solutions, Inc., as a subcontractor partner to Lynne Carbone and Associates, Inc. (LCA), was selected by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as a Professional and Technical Services Oceans Domain contract (ProTech Oceans) awardee. Oceans is the third domain to be awarded under the $3B ProTech contract vehicle. RCM is now eligible to compete for individual task orders under this multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract whose primary clients will be the offices of the National Ocean Service (NOS).

The key areas of work that will be competed through ProTech Oceans task orders includes: consulting and project management, studies, analyses and reports; applied research, engineering, consulting and operations; field sampling, data collection and surveys. If all options are exercised, the IDIQ Period of Performance could extend through January 2024.

RCM Wins Contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Integrated Award Environment (IAE) 

In September of 2017, RCM won a contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) Integrated Award Environment (IAE) to provide Program Assurance and Governance support. ​​

 

RCM Awarded IT Schedule 70

Contract Vehicle

In August of 2017, the General Services Administration (GSA) awarded RCM with IT Schedule 70—the government’s primary source for IT acquisitions. The GSA determined RCM’s corporate experience, past performance, work structure, quality control, and relevant project experience eligible to be placed on the pre-approved vendor list enabling government agencies to easily acquire and benefit from RCM’s IT professional services.

​RCM Wraps Up 3rd Annual Toys for Tots Drive

December 2018 - For the third year, RCM staff across the Washington, D.C. metro region actively collected new children’s toys for the annual Toys for Tots drive sponsored by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. RCM’s Employee Engagement Steering Committee, composed of employee representatives, worked with employees across the company to collect toys to be distributed to children in need during the 2018 holiday season in the Washington, D.C. metro area. RCM employees overflowed the Toys for Tots box!

RCM Donates to Local Charities

May 2018- RCM employees raised $2,055 that will provide much – needed financial support to Heartly House and  No Kid Hungry. Thank you again to all those who donated!

RCM 2nd Annual Toys for Tots Collection A Success!

December 2017- For the second year, RCM staff across the Washington, D.C. metro region enthusiastically collected new children’s toys for the annual Toys for Tots drive sponsored by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. RCM’s Employee Engagement Steering Committee, composed of employee representatives, worked with employees across the company to collect toys to be distributed to children in need during the 2017 holiday season in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

RCM’s Navi Samra Named Director of Client Engagement

September 2017- President and CEO Ron Martin announced the promotion of Navi Samra to Director of Client Engagement. As Director of Client Engagement, Navi will oversee all RCM contracts and implement best practices across them. She will also play a vital role in supporting business development efforts to grow RCM and create new positions for current employees. She will also work with Human Capital on initiatives to improve the RCM workplace. Congratulations to Navi!  

Montgomery County Park Clean-Up

August 2017- RCM's Employee Engagement Steering Committee (EESC) facilitated an opportunity for RCM employees to dedicate their time and sweat to clean-up the Black Hill Regional Park and Little Seneca Reservoir in Montgomery County, Maryland. The team met early Saturday morning and collected a total of three bags of trash.

RCM Provides Support to Community Residences

August 2017- RCM employees gathered together in Arlington to help with yard work for Community Residences. Community Residences is a non-profit organization geared towards providing quality services to help individuals with a wide-range of disabilities live as independently as possible. 

The 2017 Spring Giving Campaign

May 2017- RCM employees raised a total of $2,035 that will provide much-needed financial support to DC Doors and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Both nonprofits were extremely honored and appreciative that RCM employees selected their organizations. The Employee Engagement Steering Committee would like to thank everyone that participated and assisted with a very successful 2017 Spring Giving Campaign.

RCM Surpasses Toys for Tots Collection Goal

December 2016- RCM staff across the Washington, D.C. metro region surpassed their collection goal for the Toys for Tots drive sponsored by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. These toys were distributed to children in need during the 2016 holiday season in the Washington, D.C. metro area. This is one of many community service activities that the company participates in annually to give back to the communities where employees live and work.​
